Some key advances include: Microbiome Research, Precision or personalised Nutrition, Epigenetic and Nutrigenomics, Metabolic Flexibility, Intermittent Fasting and time-restricted eating, Nutrient timing, Dietary influences on mental health, Functional Foods and Nutraceuticals, Role of inflammation, Advanced Imaging Techniques, Nutri-informatics, etc.
